# dkBuilds

> dkBuilds is Declan Kramper's applied AI firm. Declan works with mid-market businesses to find the repetitive, document-heavy work slowing their teams down, then builds custom software that handles it.

dkBuilds is a firm of one operated by Declan Kramper through DK BUILDS PRODUCTS LLC. Engagements start with the people doing the work and end with a working system built around the company's actual formats, codes, data, and workflows.

Most engagements are one-off custom builds. Declan and the client agree on what the system has to deliver, then he scopes and prices the build around that capability. The client owns the system, and ongoing operation, maintenance, or improvement is optional.

Outcome-metered ongoing fees are considered only when all three conditions hold: the system itself measures the dollars created or recovered, attribution is clear, and the value recurs.

dkBuilds is a good fit for repetitive work involving PDFs, spreadsheets, email, quotes, invoices, estimates, specifications, and other business documents. This includes extracting and re-entering data, comparing documents, checking for errors or omissions, generating document packages for human review, and removing work that limits growth or requires more headcount to scale.

Current public work includes construction document automation, submittal generation from specification books, and self-improving vendor quote mapping for estimators. The longer-term direction is to turn patterns proven through custom deployments into reusable, industry-specific systems without losing the fit to each customer's real workflow.
